Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

I recently spent two nights in a cozy queen studio. Check-in was bumpy due to overbooking, but the staff, especially LaDonna and Ruben, turned it into a pleasant experience. A small but clean room made it feel homey, though lacking a few amenities. Grab coffee nearby for better quality.

We had a great stay for 2 nights! The clean room was a bonus, and we really appreciated the access to a little kitchen for dinner. I loved the cozy atmosphere and breakfast options, even if it was just muffins!

The location of Lonestar Suites is fantastic for those heading to the area. The easy access made commuting a breeze. My room was cozy and somewhat clean, which was a pleasant surprise. Front desk staff greeted me warmly, making check-in smooth. I appreciated the kitchenette setup, but I found it lacked basic utensils. Only found some plates and one spoon. Breakfast was a letdown. No hot food, just a few granola bars and light coffee. I also noticed some water damage in the bathroom and the shower's pressure was inconsistent. On top of that, I had to deal with a noisy heater at night. Decent stay but room for improvement. Would I come back? Maybe, but I’d manage my expectations.

I was impressed by the hotel's cleanliness and the friendly staff who was always ready to help. The spacious common areas made it easy for me to navigate comfortably.

Decent location with easy access to nearby restaurants and shopping. I appreciated the pet-friendly policy—there's a nice little area out back for dogs to stretch their legs.

Arrived to find the hotel overbooked, which was a surprise considering I made my reservation well in advance. The room itself felt cramped, lacking basic conveniences like hangers. There was weird, lingering odor throughout the building, and the décor and furnishings definitely leaned towards outdated. On top of that, the microwave was missing parts, making it difficult to use, and the cleanliness left a lot to be desired with hair found throughout the bathroom. The pool looked more like a swamp than a place to cool off, dulling the appeal even further.

The location was great, super close to stores and restaurants. Room had a kitchenette with a microwave and dishwasher. The beds were comfy, but the pillows were terrible. Only had a minimal breakfast option. Fitness center was available, but no pool on site.
